Sales - 670.71 mln hkd vs 503.74 mln
Net profit - 702.98 mln hkd vs 51.5 mln
EPS - 54.55 hkd vs 4.39
Final div - 10 hk cents vs 2.5 cents
The company said its earnings were boosted by a 197.09 mln hkd gain
on disposal of subsidiaries and a 171.53 mln hkd increase in the fair value
of investment properties.
