Hong Kong New World Devt unit acquires Cyber On-Air Group

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - New World Mobile Holdings Ltd, a unit of property
developer New World Development, said it has entered into an agreement to
acquire 100 pct of Cyber On-Air Group Ltd for 2 mln hkd in cash.
Cyber On-Air Group is principally engaged in provision of network
solutions and project services, including the setting up of infrastructure
such as cellular base stations and antenna systems.
New World Mobile said the acquisition will broaden its assets and
earnings base.
