Hong Kong's Wing On Travel to place 130 mln shares at 0.80 hkd each

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Wing On Travel (Holdings) Ltd said it will place
130 mln shares at 0.80 hkd per share with not less than six independent
investors.
The 130 mln placement shares represent 10.65 pct of Wing On's enlarged
share capital, the company said in a statement.
It said it expects to raise net proceeds of 100.9 mln hkd, which will be
used to expand its existing business further and enhance its general working
capital.
