China's Jiangsu Yueda to issue 600 mln yuan in 1-yr debt on June 19

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - Jiangsu Yueda Group, the parent of Shanghai-listed
Jiangsu Yueda Investment Co Ltd (SHA 600805) and Hong Kong-listed Yue Da
Holdings Ltd (HK 0629), said it plans to issue 600 mln yuan worth of 365-day
paper on the interbank bond market on June 19.
In a statement posted on the official Chinabond website, the company said
the yield will be set through a book-building process on that day.
The proceeds will be used to supplement working capital, the company said.
China Everbright Bank is the main underwriter for the issue.
