Hong Kong-listed Teem Foundation shareholder sells 101.4 mln Teem shares

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Teem Foundation Group Ltd said that it has been
informed by Pan-Star Nominees Ltd, a substantial shareholder of the company,
that the latter sold 101.4 mln Teem Foundation shares at a price of 0.10 hkd
per share yesterday.
The shares represent about 11.55 pct of Teem Foundation's existing issued
share capital.
Pan-Star Nominees no longer holds any shares in Teem Foundation after the
shares sale.
