Hong Kong-listed China Water Industry to establish Shandong water jv
 


HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - China Water Industry Group Ltd, previously known as Sky Hawk Computer Group Holdings, said it has entered into a joint venture agreement with the Linyi City Hedong District Water Supply Co in Shandong province.

The joint venture will principally be engaged in water supply and related services in Linyi, China Water said in a statement.

It has also been granted an exclusive 30-year concession for the provision of public water supply in Linyi commencing from the date of the business license, it added.

The total investment of the joint venture will be 45 mln yuan.

China Water will contribute 18 mln yuan to control 60 pct of the joint venture company while Linyi City Hedong District Water Supply will inject 12 mln yuan to take the remaining 40 pct.

At 3.55 pm, China Water was up 0.03 hkd or 2.78 oct at 1.11.
