Regal REIT says Hong Kong IPO retail tranche 1.8 times subscribed

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Regal REIT (1881.HK), a company spun off from
Regal Hotels International Holdings Ltd, said the retail tranche of its
initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong has been 1.8 times subscribed,
while the international tranche was moderately oversubscribed.
The company priced the IPO at 2.68 hkd, representing the low end of the
indicated price range of 2.68-3.38 hkd, it said in a statement.
The offer price represents a distribution yield of 7.5 pct in 2007.
Trading of the shares will commence tomorrow.
