Hong Kong-listed Golden Harvest completes 203 mln hkd sale of Malaysia stake

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Golden Harvest Entertainment (Holdings) Ltd said
it has completed the sale of its 40.22 pct interest in Golden Screen Cinemas
Sdn Bhd in Malaysia and received the equivalent of the gross sales proceeds
of 203 mln hkd.
The sale was completed on Wednesday and Golden Screen Cinemas has ceased
to be an associated company of the group, Golden Harvest chairman Raymond
Chow said.
