Hong Kong-listed Guo Xin in talks to invest in resources-related company

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Guo Xin Group Ltd said it is in preliminary
negotiations with an independent third party over a possible creation of a
joint venture or direct investment in the business of a resources-related
company.
It said it is also in preliminary discussions with some strategic
investors over their possible investment in the company, including future
financing, which could involve convertible securities.
No agreements have yet been reached on any of the ongoing negotiations,
it added.
As of 11.15 am, Guo Xin was up 0.004 hkd or 4.6 pct at 0.091.
