Hong Kong-listed Bestway International's major shareholder sells 41 mln shares

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Bestway International Holdings Ltd said former
director Andy Yuan, who is the company's single largest substantial
shareholder, sold 41 mln shares last Wednesday to third parties at an
undisclosed price.
Following the share sale, Yuan's interest in Bestway has been reduced to
4.51 pct from 20.45 pct, it said.
