HK-listed Towngas China to buy Mianyang Tianneng Gas for 350 mln yuan

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Towngas China Co Ltd, previously know as Panva Gas
Holdings, said it has agreed to to buy 100 pct of Mianyang Tianneng Gas
Development Co Ltd for 350 mln yuan.
Mianyang Tianneng Gas runs a piped gas network in Mianyang City in
southwestern Sichuan province.
The company said Tianneng Gas will serve as a strategic base for its
development in Sichuan.
