Hong Kong-listed Mainland Headwear Hldgs shareholder places 26 mln co shares

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Mainland Headwear Holdings Ltd said its major
shareholder, Successful Years International Co Ltd, placed 26 mln shares to
independent investors on Jan 12.
The company did not disclose the placing price of the share placement.
It noted that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to
intended acquisitions.
Mainland Headwear closed up 0.11 hkd or 4.10 pct at 2.79.
