Hong Kong-listed Samson Paper to buy Hypex Hldgs for 50 mln hkd

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Samson Paper Holdings Ltd said it has agreed to
buy the entire issued share capital of Hypex Holdings for 50 mln hkd.
Hypex Holdings is mainly engaged in the provision of corrosion prevention
services, comprising blasting (hydro and grit) and painting work to customers
in the marine, oil and gas industries, the company said in a statement.
It said the investment in Hypex may bring good returns to the company, as
well as allow the group to diversify its business.
