HK-listed Yau Lee Holdings unit wins 550 mln hkd construction contract

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Yau Lee Holdings Ltd said its unit Yau Lee
Construction Co Ltd has been awarded a construction contract by the Hong Kong
Housing Authority.
The contract is worth 550 mln hkd and involves a project in Fanling area
in Hong Kong's New Territories, the company said in a statement.
The project, scheduled to be completed by the end of 2008, will provide 3,
167 housing units and a single storey commercial centre, it said.
