Hong Kong's Mainland Headwear in talks to dispose some assets of US unit

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Mainland Headwear Holdings Ltd said it is in
negotiations with an independent third party regarding disposal of some
assets of the company's US subsidiary.
The company did not reveal what assets it plans to dispose.
The terms and conditions of the proposed disposal are subject to
negotiation and finalization, and the disposal may or may not materialize, it
said in a statement.
Mainland Headwear closed the morning up 0.12 hkd or 4.94 pct at 2.55.
