HK-listed Global Green in talks to sell stake in unit to institutional

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Global Green Tech Group Ltd said it has been in
discussions with an international institutional investor who is considering
taking a minority stake in a subsidiary of the company.
It did not name the international institutional investor.
The proposed transaction is subject to formal agreements being reached,
and may or may not proceed, it added.
At 3.30 pm, Global Green was up 0.03 hkd or 3.45 pct at 0.9.
