Hong Kong's Regal Hotels says Paliburg stake in co up at 45.19 pct

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Regal Hotels International Holdings Ltd said major
shareholder Paliburg Holdings Ltd has raised its stake in the company to 45.
19 pct from 45.03.
It said in a statement Paliburg acquired a total of 13.14 mln ordinary
shares in Regal at 0.6109 hkd per share yesterday.
At 11.16 am, Regal was down 0.01 hkd or 1.75 pct at 0.56.
