Standard & Poor's announces changes to Hong Kong S&P/HKEx GEM index
 


HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Standard & Poor's has announced changes to the S&P/HKEx GEM index as part of the quarterly index rebalance.

In a statement it said B&S Entertainment Holdings Ltd (8167.HK), HC International Inc (8292.HK) and Wumart Stores Inc (8277.HK) will be added as the constituents to S&P/HKEx GEM Index.

It said ten stocks will be removed, namely Armitage Technologies Holding Ltd (8213.HK), IIN International Ltd (8128.HK), Jiangsu Nandasoft Co Ltd (8045.HK), KanHan Technologies Group Ltd (8175.HK), Mudan Automobile Shares Co Ltd (8188.HK), Sino Stride Technology (Holdings) Ltd (8177.HK), Timeless Software Ltd (8028.HK), Value Convengence Holdings Ltd (8101.HK), Wah Sang Gas Holdings Ltd (8035.HK) and Zhejiang Yonglong Enterprises Co Ltd (8211.HK).

It said the changes will take effect after the market closes next Friday (July 16).
