Hong Kong-listed Global Digital requests suspension pending announcement

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Global Digital Creations Holdings Ld (8271.HK) has
requested that trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9.30
am pending the publication of an announcement in relation to a possible
placement and subscription of the company's shares, the Stock Exchange said.
Global Digital Creations, listed on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM),
last closed at 0.45 hkd.
The company is engaged in graphics creation and production, digital
content distribution and exhibitions, and provision of computer graphics
training courses.
