STOCK ALERT - HK's Timeless Software lower after announcing share placement

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Timeless Software Ltd (8028.HK) was lower in late
morning trade after it announced a share placement.
Timeless Software was down 0.025 hkd or 9.62 pct at 0.235 hkd on 38.65
mln shares.
The company said it will raise 8.85 mln hkd through a new-for-old
placement of 36.87 mln shares at 0.24 hkd each.
