STOCK ALERT - U-Right lower after announcing deal to place new shares

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - U-Right International Holding (627.HK) was lower
midmorning after announcing that it has agreed to place 112.00 mln new shares
to independent shareholders.
U-Right was down 0.01 hkd, or 2.56 pct, at 0.38 on a volume of 19.16 mln
shares.
The company announced today it conditionally agreed to place the new
shares at a price of 0.38 hkd each.
The shares to be placed represent 8.64 pct and 7.96 pct of its existing
and enlarged share capital, respectively.
