HK's Tomorrow Intl to undergo capital reorganisation

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Tomorrow International Holdings Ltd said it has
drawn up a capital reorganisation plan to reduce its share capital and change
its board lot size.
Under the proposal, the company intends to reduce the nominal value of
each issued share to 0.001 hkd from 0.01 hkd through the cancellation of 0.
099 hkd of the paid-up capital, it said.
It will also sub-divide one unissued share into 100 new shares and then
consolidate all its shares on a 100-to-1 basis, the company said.
Subsequently, the company will change its board lot size to 4,000 shares
from the current 2,000 shares, it added.
