HK's Samson Paper secures 3-yr, 260 mln hkd syndicated loan facility

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Samson Paper Holdings Ltd (731.HK) said it has
signed a three-year, 260 mln hkd revolving credit and term loan facility with
a syndicate of 12 banks.
The company said it will use the loan to refinance existing debt and to
fund new working capital requirements.
