HK's Pegasus Intl Holdings FY net profit 5.492 mln usd vs 7.511 mln

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Pegasus International Holdings Ltd (676.HK) said
its 2002 net profit fell to 5.492 mln usd from 7.511 mln the year before as
sales fell to 115.405 mln from 127.838 mln.
It said its operating profit dropped to 6.813 mln from 9.206 mln while
its EPS narrowed to 0.0076 usd from 0.01 for 2001.
The company maintained its final dividend at 0.01 hkd a share.
