TopSearch 2002 net profit and sales drop on price erosion

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Topsearch International (Holdings) Ltd (2323.HK)
said its 2002 net profit and sales dropped on the back of price erosion
resulting from the over capacity in the printed circuit board manufacturing
industry.
In 2002, net profit fell 56.6 pct to 47.8 mln hkd while sales dropped 9.4
pct to 1.041 bln.
EPS was 8.4 cents.
The company proposed a 1.5 cent final dividend.
