HK's Tai Sang Land 2002 net profit steady at 51.5 mln hkd

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Tai Sang Land Development Ltd (89.HK) said its
2002 net profit rose marginally to 51.5 mln hkd from 50.5 mln a year earlier
with sales higher at 209.8 mln against 202.4 mln.
Operating profit was 82.5 mln hkd compared with 87.5 mln.
Earnings per share were 17.9 cents against 17.6 cent previously.
The company proposed a final dividend of 5 cents, down from 7 cents in
2001.
