HK's VS Intl H1 net profit falls; omits interim div

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - VS International Group Ltd (1002.HK) said its net
profit in the six months to January fell to 17.739 mln hkd from 31.171 mln a
year earlier, while sales rose to 594.188 mln from 408.017 mln.
Operating profit was 27.223 mln hkd against 39.341 mln.
Earnings per share were 2.16 cents compared with 5.03 cents.
The company will omit interim dividend payment.
