Hong Kong's Global Green Tech 2003 warrants to expire on Dec 30

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Hong Kong's Global Green Tech Group Ltd said its
2003 warrants will expire at 4.00 pm on Dec 30, and warrant holders who wish
to exercise their warrants should do so by that date.
The warrants carry rights to buy new shares for cash at 2.05 hkd per
share. (1 usd = 7.8 hkd)
