EC-Founder to focus on 4 core businesses; does not rule out more asset sales

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - EC-Founder (Holdings) Co Ltd will focus on its
four core businesses -- network security and solutions, enterprise and
government information systems, information location, and financial
e-commerce -- after selling its semi-conductor business recently, the Hong
Kong Economic Times reported, citing the company's executive director Lei Hon
Sang.
Lei did not rule out the possibility of further disposal of the company's
non-core assets, the newspaper said.
Lei said he expects the company to turn profitable this year.
