Southeast Asia Properties H1 net profit rises to 7.688 mln, sales up

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Southeast Asia Properties & Finance Ltd (252.HK)
said its six months to September net profit rose to 7.688 mln hkd from 7.345
mln a year earlier.
Sales rose to 89.002 mln hkd from 82.993 mln, while operating profit
increased to 12.468 mln hkd from 10.761 mln.
EPS stood at 0.039 hkd against 0.037 previously. The company did not
declare an interim dividend.
