| 0952 [Dow Jones] Agile (3383.HK) +1.3% at HK$11.14 at pre-open, after strong home sales data, with company's contracted sales for January-June period at CNY10.3 billion; says contracted gross floor area sold was 1.6 million square meters, or 70% of its FY09 sales target. Francis Lun at Fulbright says stock likely to rise 1%-2% today, but suggests investors take profits after stock's strong rally (+15.8% vs end-May level, +172.3% year-to-date).
