| 1139 [Dow Jones] Huaneng Power (0902.HK) down 0.4% at HK$4.96, shrugging off news it received government approval to build 199.5 megawatt wind power project in Gansu, as while China's largest IPP increasing investment to tap country's demand for cleaner energy, segment so far tiny in group context. But news boosting Dongfang Electric (1072.HK); Nomura says it appears wind power sector may be getting biggest government boost; among big three Chinese power equipment makers, namely Shanghai Electric (2727.HK), Harbin Power (1133.HK), Dongfang may benefit most potentially from expected renewable energy push as "it is one the leading players in China in both wind and nuclear."
