| 1207 [Dow Jones] Zhuzhou CSR Times (3898.HK) leaps 12.7% to HK$9.95, adding to 10.1% gain yesterday, seemingly in a bit of delayed reaction to FY08 results which came out Monday morning, likely cheered by management's upbeat guidance more than anything. DBS Vickers says expansion strategy through aggressive R&D spending, M&A should start contributing to Zhuzhou CSR Times' earnings; adds, locomotive industry at start of rapid development phase, strong FY09-10 prospects bode well for CSR; house doesn't formally rate stock.
