Hong Kong-listed Kingway Brewery warns of 2008 H2 net loss

| HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Kingway Brewery Holdings Ltd said it expects to incur a net loss in the second half to December last year following an unaudited net loss of about 24.7 mln hkd in the first half.
It did not provide any indication of the extent of losses for the second half.
It attributed the deterioration of its 2008 results to several factors, including falling sales, a spike in production costs and an increase in finance costs.
