DJ MARKET TALK: Macau Plays Outperform; Hopes Of China Visa Plan

| 1130 [Dow Jones] Macau plays outperform vs HSI (down 0.3%), supported by sharp gains in U.S. counterparts overnight, with Las Vegas Sands (LVS) ending up 20%, Wynn Resorts (WYNN) +10%, on hopes Chinese visa restrictions for Macau could be loosened near-term. "It's likely China will announce more measures, including relaxation of visa restriction for Macau," says Jackson Wong at Tanrich. But not suggesting investors to chase these stocks at current levels, as appear risky with high level of volatility. Galaxy (0027.HK) +6.9% at HK$1.40, Shun Tak (0242.HK) +0.8% at HK$2.44 and Melco (0200.HK) +0.3% at HK$2.93, Amax (0959.HK) +0.9% at 23.6 HK cents.
