Sales - 12.27 bln hkd
Increase in fair value of investment properties - 7.28 bln hkd
Net profit - 4.54 bln hkd
EPS - 2.23 hkd
Interim div - 2.5 hk cents
The company has changed its financial year-end to December from March
previously.
