HK's Tom Group to buy remaining 25 pct of Huanjian Shumeng Network
 
HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Tom Group Ltd said it has agreed to buy the remaining 25 pct stake in Beijing Huanjian Shumeng Network Technology Ltd (HJSM) for 5 mln yuan.

HJSM will become a wholly owned unit of Tom Group after the acquisition.

HJSM operates a website which provides original Chinese novels to users.
