Sales - 706.1 mln hkd vs 395.7 mln
Net profit - 834.6 mln hkd vs 579.4 mln
EPS - 15.8 hk cents vs 21.5
Final div - 1.5 hk cents vs 6.0 cents
Special div - 2.0 hk cents, nil
The company said its results were boosted by a 1.09 bln hkd gain from the
revaluation of investment properties and other items including the writeback of
a provision for an impairment loss on properties held for sale.
