Hong Kong New World Devt unit mulls stake purchase in Shenzhen-listed firm

HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - New World Development Co Ltd and unit New World
China Land Ltd said in a joint announcement that New World China has been in
negotiations to buy a stake in a Shenzhen-listed company.
They said negotiations are ongoing and an announcement will be issued if
and when an agreement is reached.
They neither identified the target company nor the size of the stake that
New World China is planning to buy.
